Bringing it back to the essence and creating a convincing image of a group of old pines... have I already told you that I think you're pretty good at this?
Thank you lads for the compliments
I will transfer the tree carefully onto a rock slab shortly - kind of slip potting - when I find the right one for it.
I am lucky that it grew on a concrete one and the rootball is totally flat and wasn´t really disturbed when I just lifted it and cut around it at the "collection" last year.
I had to rewire this one and other pine 2 times already since it was styled for the first time due to heavy watering and fertilizing.
Some branches were cut, old needles removed and arches on branches improved a bit.
Another month and all of the branches should be firmly set in positions.
Now I am hoping for a few years of strong backbudding to make it nice and compact
Repotting onto a slab will have to wait till next year. I didn´t get me the right slab fot it.
