I live near Philadelphia Pennsylvania, USA. Nothing near me but it looks like I might have to take a drive.

I am replanting a few pots: Fruit fig tree,Weeping cherry Willow, and some redwood? Do you have an opinion on soil mix

In reading I have come up with: 50% Sphagnum peat moss, and 50% orchid bark (but can't fined the really fine Orchid bark) , and maybe add some Perlite? or Vermiculite. (not sue?) I know the willow tree and I think the fig tree like more water.
Your thoughts?
Thanks

We talked about pots Monday night at our meeting. Some people around here get pots online. That sounds brave to me, but there are a couple of reputable places, whose names I immediately forgot. When I needed a big pot for my 50 year old boxwood, I drove to Conyers, GA, but that is out of your range and they don't do mail order. Go on Google and ask bonsai near me and see what it says. There has to be somebody close. There should be a bonsai group in Philadelphia and they could certainly help.
