Hi guys.

I bought my Chinese Elm 2 months ago (beginning of February). I had some bonsai before, but it is the first one I am able to keep alive.

My greatest concern is that the three is not stable in its pot. The soil does not seem to be appropriate to me.

Could you give me some advice on whether or not I should repot it with a fresh soil mix?

Thanks in advance!

If you don't (re)pot this tree, it will be the next one you didn't manage to keep alive.

Thank you! I will repot it ASAP. I suppose the pot itself is not an issue? Or would you recommend another one?

Thank you very much!

Nothing really wrong with the pot.

Looking at the plant.. It really needs a decent watering. This is way too dry
