I am writing for some tips or advice to what my Desert Rose is doing.
I have an early picture of it along with recent ones. Check out the Caudex area along with the leaves.
I would appreciate all advice and tips.

Adeniums shed their leafs in winter. So loss of leafs is no problem. During this time they should be kept bone dry.

I would be more conserned about the yellowing at the base. Could be sign of root rot due to wet substrate.

That is not yellowing that is sort of an orange color-have had that since I got the plant I brought it up a little more out of the soil.
I was asking about the green on the caudex, the exposed green bits. Is that normal?

The green on the caudex looks pretty much the same as the green on the stems. Dosnt it?

My new one a smaller one has the green and Just got her.
