Hello,
I got a Nana juniper this Febuary. I really want to repot it now (July). What are the dangers of repotting it now vs Spring? Can I cut back the roots a bit now and will that hurt the tree? Thanks for the help

The danger is that you may kill your tree. Unless you are in the southern hemisphere. Then now would be ideal time.

Why this hurry? I have a Nana bought in 2020 still not repotted.

You must have a reason to re pot not just because you feel like doing it. At this time of year as Tropfrog said it would probably be enough to be the death of the tree. If it is not draining well there are ways to help, push a screwdriver into the soil at several points over the surface, scrape about 1cm of the surface first and then add fresh soil. If the plant is in development then if drainage is a real problem you could move it to a slightly bigger pot without touching the roots.
