Wisteria can be grown in kokedama ball or bonsai pot. It is really up to you.
wisteria is a decidious tree. If you are in the northern hemisphere it should be leaf less by now. Sinse it has not shed leafs this season, my advice is not to repot this year. Next year, if still healthy, keep it cooler in winter. If it undergoes proper dormancy it can be repotted if you which in spring 2027.
