Should be OK. Sift it though to get rid of smaller particles.

Don't avoid the perlite, it is super light and works well in a mix. People avoid it because they are worried it will break down, but if they aren't old trees and you repot every couple years you will be fine.

I can't find nor afford to order akadama so I'm having to work with these ingredients alone save for some sand


in my personal opinion

18€ for a 14L bag isn't that expensive to keep your trees healthy..

but there are loads of alternatives..

won't go any further into that.. a lot depends aswel on where you live..
