Repotting question - moving plant to repot was created by costello

I've never repotted a bonsai and have only very little experience with repotting any plants. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question.

A coworker brought me her bonsai to repot. She brought it from her home to my office - a 15 or 20 minute drive. I can either repot it in my office or move it to my home - an hour drive away. Would it be harmful/stressful to the plant to move it to my house?

Of course, after it's repotted it will need to go back to her, so it will be making the same trips in reverse.

Don't worry. As long as you do not expose it to lots of wind (Ooen window, airco) or heat (sunshine on the car?) it should be fine.

Just note: Once you repot, do not leave if for a week or two at yourplace and then move it: Once new roots start to develope, you want the plant to not be moved around toomuch for a while.
