The OP wired a jade tree and cut off the branches and is now very very eager to repot it. In other words: He just started. He's still terribly impatient. He's the plant killer that we've all been.
I cannot recommend buying a bonsai at all. I'd buy some cheap garden center junipers to practice on.
Thanks for all th he feed back, i couldn't see myself buying a 1000 dollar tree or plant, I'm just beginning to look into bonsai plants and the know how. I still got to see if my jade will survive cause i really butchered the poor plant. Dumb of me. I'm looking into the 30 to 50 or 60 dollar range. BTW? How do i tell how long its been in the same pot?

Agree. Mine was to be intended as a defense of good online bonsai stores, not as a suggestion to the OP.
I also suggest(ed) starting with cheap stock first of all. It looks simple, but it takes a few years of experience to get the type of skill and confidence to step to the next level.
For that, I also very vehemently suggest following the courses available right here...
They’d cost you like a plant but would possibly help saving many
In case anyone is looking for a source in the states: www.bonsaiboy.com They are out of New York and I've ordered a few times. The trees are very carefully packaged, the picture you see online is what you get, and they are very healthy. The one time, I received one with a cracked pot, this company rushed out a replacement ASAP. They responded personally to my email inquiry very quickly as well. They will always reply to questions or concerns. So far they have been the best company I have worked with for bonsai. They sell everything from beginner trees that are inexpensive to much older trained trees.
and they sell seriously overpriced, low quality, mass-produced trees.I mean, seriously
:
wow!! thats a joke right!!??!?!
one can go to a exhibition and buy a much older and nicer tree for half that price. that is ridiculous. i feel bad for anyone that would spend that much money on that.
