Looking for recommendations. No (high) pricing caveats necessary with a $100 -$150 USD per individual tool top out range preferred. I'm in the market for shears, cutters, grafting knives, pullsaws (variations in size, design, and purpose). Hard steel that will maintain it's edge efficiently, high corrosion resistance, etc. .Straight forward answers devoid of egotism preferred. Feel free to state whether or not a manufacturer makes one or more particularly good product and what that product is.

All help appreciated!

I do also use kaneshin for most of my tools, good quality and reliable.
A big good surprise was Ryuga, chinese. Low cost and strong tools.
