I've been watering and taking care of my bonsai as normal. But since the weather has been getting chillier, the soil dries out faster and now my leaves are starting to fall down from it. Any advice would be helpful. I would like to see some leaves survive through the cold season. Thank you so much!

Have you seen trees dropping their leaves in autumn? I bet so. Thats what your tree is doing right now.

As the weather gets colder and we are going into winter now, my potting mediums dry out much slower, the time between waterings are much longer. Im pretty sure your soil does not dry out faster

The tiime of year doesnt matter water the tree when the soil gets dry no Schedule needed
Hard winds and no rain makes the soil dry fast at least the top soil dry's up faster i have that happening here too but last two weeks watering wasnt nessecary because of the rainy daysp
