Hi. I've been having problem with watering(new to bonsai).
So I've reported my 3 trees using indoor soil mix. To make it easier for me I've found on YouTube videos to put layer fine akadama on top of it as a watering gadge(colour change when is wet)
Is it possible that akadama didn't change colour since Sunday (still dark, wet) ?

Yes, it is possible. If the Akadama is wet, it will look like wet.
The other possibility is...
It is NOT wet but you don't know the difference.
Have you sifted the Akadama before repotting? Could be dust disguising the original color of the Akadama, and once you watered it, it washed down the dust (if the Akadama was not sifted before).

Sifted or not, akadama will be darker when wet.

Yes, I've sifted Akadama and watered it from top till water start pouring down the hole. Then I've done it again after +/- 15 minutes.
Soil I've use is mix of lava rock, compost, perlite and little bit of Akadama.(bonsai specialist shop, recommended mix)
I've decided to repot do to original soil problem Mould .
Every single time I've took mould out its keep coming back.
Just can't get on top of the watering, still learning. Touching don't work for me.
Any tips?

Yeah, it was a long shot.

Mould, fungus, are signs of too much water and humidity and low air circulation.

Is that really a thing? I've never heard of it (which doesn't mean much - I may simply not know about it).

However, it makes no sense to me. Imagine having a soil that has gotten hydrophobic. When you water, the acadama will be wet, the soil will not take up any water, so the akadama does not tell you anything. Likewise, imagine a soil that holds lots of water. The akadama will get wet, from the bottom up, but the top layer may dry when it's warm, while the soil is still wet. So, in both cases, it wouldn't work. At least, that's what I would expect.

I wouldn't trust this method.

its funny im actually mold remediation (mold removal) certified for work. as long as there is any moisture and poor air circulation like you mentioned on the surface were mold originally grew no matter how much you removal it will almost always grow back unless you use very strong chemicals to kill it, but those chemicals are definitely not something you want to use on trees lol.

Just to be clear, the phrase about "mould" was quoted from the OP.
