How often should I be watering and fertilizing my bonsai trees and also what is a good age to start training the branches with wire? I have 3 Japanese red pines, 2 Aleppo pines and a Norway spruce. All about 2 years old grown from seeds.

Watering is when needed, once the surface is almost dry. That is in summer, autumn and winter are different, As these are seedlings fertilising should be once every two weeks in summer, none in slowing in autumn and none in winter. Organic only, no chemichal fertiliser.

As to when start wiring, you an apply some very loose wire to the main trunk to give some movement even now.
But there ain’t much else to wire until their age gets closer to the decade...
