First time posting. I actually have a two part question. Firstly, I have been watering my Chinese Ficus, I believe that is what it is, and I have begun to motice a soft, Grey spot near the soil line. Is this mold? I left a picture attached. Also I have never encountered this green sheen to the bark and was wondering if this is mold as well.

The green is just algae,rub it off with water and an old toothbrush .
Cant see anything wrong with the trunk on the soil line

I have a tree like yours and I don't know the reason too.

I think may be water is too much
