I am curious how many people mist their trees foliage in between normal waterings in the summertime.

Hardly ever. Only if temps reach the 30+ mark and it is fully sunny.

Only if the tree is stressed or if it gets too hot and sunny. I mist a lot when the tree has just been re-potted. But these days, they are all pretty well stablished so it isnt really that necesary
