i took off the wiring just now and there is some damage(see picture), does anyone know how to decrease or restore the damage?

You mean the trail of the wire? Don't need to do anything. Let the tree grow. The bark will heal itself.

it will be there for some time ,but as the tree grows it will disapear.
if you do wire the trunk portion in the future be sure to wind the wire in the opposite direction to avoid creating more cut in in the same direction

How deep is the bite? It looks pretty deep in places, I haven't had that problem before, but Iv'e heard of people having trees stuck with wire bite. Only time can tell, I would just feed it regularly at try get the tree to put on as much growth as possible, that's all you can do for now. If there are only some parts with bad wire bit after that, then you may have to consider carving into the tree to create shari, as this could look more natural.

the deepest is 2.5-3 milimeter deep.
i don't know which unit you use to measure these small distances(unless you are using the metric system)

Growing plants an their growth rate & responses is not a science. You cannot specify the time it will take to heal. Quick growing plants that are young and healthy might hide such wounds in a matter of months. Old or sick plants may take years. In some individuals they may never heal.

my serissa is growing out of it's roots, it literally is growing 2 branches out of the roots, i don't like these and want to remove them but i did that last time too and they just came back.

should i leave them?

the circle shows one of the shoots and the arrows points to the other one invisible beneath the leaves.

yes you can remove them.keeping them will result in more roots growing to that area and it will be harder to stop new growth from forming in that spot...
this is a problem with growing shrubby plants for bonsai,they like to form "suckers" from their roots.this is how they spread in their natual environment
