Chinese Elm Help

I've created a nice anchoring system, even though it sits well on the edge without it. If It becomes too annoying to take the screen off and on to bring this in and out, I'll figure out a tube watering system so I can leave it outside more. There is a cat in the apartment, otherwise I'd leave the screen off. And once summer hits here in DC, that window will need to close, otherwise the humidity will do us all in.
