My first Bonsai trees

I have five trees, but I've never done this before. My first is a Japanese holly I bought at Home Depot. The next three are clippings from my Crepe myrtle. Lastly is a Mimosa silk tree my neighborhood landscapers cut down. Let me know what think!

I am sorry but I see a pruned garden centre plant, a cut trunk with no branches and 3 cuttings. Where are the bonsai that you are referring to? Not sure what you expect people to thi k of this.
