Looks like my husband and I may well be moving in about a couple months or so, depends on the virtual interviews that are set up for this week.
We currently live in Frankfort, KY and we both have had job interviews for University of Wisconsin hospital in Madison, WI. We have lived there before-about 15 years ago, so we know what the area was like. We do like it.

What I want to know is what is the best way to transport Bonsai/Desert roses and some seedlings? We are renting a U-Haul and hooking up the car to it.
so what would be the best and safest way to transport them along with the babies?

I would like to hear on this.

Thank you,

Carol

Just put the desert Roses in the lorry and go. Make sure the trees cannot fall and that nothing can fall on them.

Don't have a lorry. Using a rental truck will take 2 days to get there stopping overnight motel. -will be cold.

To be honest I just realized I have no clue what the difference between a lorry and a truck is. To me they look the same.

Desert Roses cannot handle frost, if there are just a small risk, the Roses need to be taken in to the motel.

Put them in individual boxed so they cannot move, and, in case of an emergency break, do not get squashed.
If you need to move in a period of frost, you might need to look into a heating pad.
