Hello,
I hope it’s okay to ask this here, if not, I apologize. I’m new to bonsai and have done quite a bit of research on which types to start with. I recently bought a 3-year-old Hawaiian Umbrella bonsai and also planted some Locust tree seeds, which sprouted after about only a week.
Now I’m looking for some online courses to help me get started really understand what is needed to grow and maintain my Bonsai long term.Specifically, I’m curious about the Bonsai Empire courses. There seems to be a lot of great free information available, and the courses look more organized than others I’ve seen. I also downloaded the Bonsai Empire mobile app (currently using the free version) and joined their Facebook group. I do like the mobile app and what it offers, wish I could get the video courses in the app.
My concern, though, is that their social media doesn’t seem very active, the coupon code that came from the mobile app doesn’t work, and I haven’t received a reply to a question I sent them earlier this week about the coupon code. If I decide to purchase a course and subscribe to the mobile app to keep track of my progress, will support be available if I need it, and can I count on the courses remaining accessible in the future? Just want to make sure if I am going to be purchasing anything, it will continue to be available long term.

Hi there! We replied to your email a few days ago, and just now send you one more to see if you receive it.
Courses and app are fully supported and you can email us with any questions, and ask questions to the teachers inside the courses.
I believe our socials are quite active - but we dont do support on socials

Thank you so much for all your help, Oscar—I truly appreciate it. I’m not sure why I didn’t receive your original reply, but I’ve added bonsaiempire.com to my whitelist just in case it was being filtered or blocked on my end.Since I’m still fairly new to Bonsai, I’m not yet familiar with all of the different resources and websites available. I wanted to be sure that I was turning to a reliable source that could provide guidance and support, and I’m very glad to know I’m in the right place with Bonsai Empire. Will probably look at subscribing to the mobile app as well as my bonsai develops.

I have done most of the courses and they are excellent, well worth the money.
