Most of our  magazines and newspapers are funded by advertising and subscriptions pay little more than distribution costs. Print media are becoming a thing of the past and that is pretty much the way it is going to be for the future.

Advertisers seem to be shifting their funding to click bait stuff like Facebook. Oh, well.

I agree that all these "halp my bonsai tree is dieing is not very amusing read and that ut has very little to do with bonsai really. However, these are the very threads we need to answer if we want to grow a comunity.

Not posting pictures on one owns trees, just because one do not think they are good enough is contradicting the idea behind forums. Perfect trees just not give much rooms for discussions.

I know it is not part of this thread, but the Bonsai app post from Oscar is blank! There is a black flag by it so that could be the reason, but it would be interesting to know what is about Oscar!

It hapens from time to time sinse the last forum update. The best guess I have heard is that the last post may be from a spam account and has been removed.

With this little activity in the forum, I am sure that Oscar can tell if that is the case in this case.
