Help me prune this pinus wallichiana (Himalayan blue pine) to bonsai!!!!

Growing local species is a good start. Then you know for sure that the local coditions is perfect for the species.

But 5 years without progress is quite a problem. Obviously you need to do something different. 

I would think there is a watering issue.

I usually water the plant like every 3rd day around summer and around 5th day in winter.  I have not been using manure for the last 10 months or so, maybe i shud start using it again. I will keep updating you all abt the progress with pics. Thanks again and please your advice is always precious for me to add up with this plant.

Pines usually have distinct growing periods. Normally one or two flushes. I am not sure about this species, but you should know yorself by now?

Fertilize just before a flush of growth to help the tree gain streangth. I have never heard anyone using manure for bonsai. But any all purpouse fertilizer will do fine.
