Help with Blue Jasmine from seedling

I sowed a Blue Jasmine from see back on 7/21/24 and it appears to have been growing strong. We had a nice day recently so I moved it from indoor to outside for the day and the wind just whipped it up. After bringing it back it, it was doing really well again and I recently have had it just wilt, beyond the one strong branch. Any recommendations? 

I bought new solid and fertilizers and have thought about repotting but worried I'll lose it. Any recommendations?
