Really poor soil, looks as if it does not drain, pot is big for the plant. poor light and if just re potted needs to settle down, fertiliser did not cause yellowing of leaves.

So what's the solution should I repot it again? To a better soil mix with smaller pot or something else?

No you have already made one mistake re potting it, what soil did you use? It looks like it is compacted. This is a very difficult species to cultivate, leave it alone now just keep it watered, losing a few leaves will not hurt.

Well I asked someone to repott it so he basically used a mixture of sand nd normal clay for it so it can drain water quick although yea he didn't took off the old soil from it just added a bit more nd potted it

Hello, where are you from?
Right now I don't think you need to do anything with it, and to be honest, your Carmona looks quite healthy for now, a few yellow leaves is not much of a problem
Take some time to study about substrate, to learn what are the properties you want in a good substrate and about repotting itself, the amount of roots you remove, the amount of foliage you reduce, stages of the plant (related to the pot size) and such things, so next time you repot it, you can improve it...
I know the first repots are not easy, and we don't feel safe about it, but you must start somewhere, you said you didn't do it yourself, but you must learn how to, if you don't feel safe at all, ask for your friend to help you, and show you next time, maybe...
But for now, just let it be, and don't forget to rotate it once in a few weeks so it can get light all around.
