I bought a buxus harlandii as a Christmas present for my husband, I have managed to keep it hidden and healthy for 2 weeks. However I missed watering it for 4-5 days and when I went to see it yesterday the leaves had dried out (they are still green) I have given it some water, what is the best course of action here? It is in in-direct sunlight (sun in these photos as I moved the curtain that is hiding it) though the skies have been grey and raining for the last few days, in a temperate location at the moment, but obviously he will get it tomorrow. I am in South of France, it is can be cold at night so I have kept it inside.
Thank you in advance for any advice!

The damage is being caused by drying out but also kept inside. It will not survive inside, it is hardy and will withstand frost with no problem. You also need to get into light, all these things are the problem, so get it outside and water it.
