I think it could be a springtail but I am not sure, I can see them only after watering. How should I fight them?

Your question is a duplicate.
Springtail.
Same answer given third time in the last two days - that's why I asked you to use the search option.
Reduce watering. Allow the soil to dry between waterings, but do not let it dry out completely.
