Hello,

I have a Funkien Tea tree and some of the leaves are starting to show some weird dots. At first they are red then they turn brown. Is this a disease or fungus?

try to use 100% organic soil and maybe they are exposed to too much sunlight.

Before doing this, read up on soil composition.
