Aphid?

Hi I wonder if someone could tell me what these are and if in fact they are aphids? Leaving g a waxy substance on the leaves. Had my girl back in July so I am a complete novice but this is the 2ne time I have seen them, if they are aphids of some sort does anyone know of a good and gentle pesticide to get.rid of them? Thanks guys

Yes, those are aphids, and you can use neem oil, insecticidal soaps, or even soapy water (neutral)...
