No, that would not work on this tree, the back is very thin and flat.
There was a shari above the foliage before i got it. But something went wrong, i suppose.
I'm mite apply a piece of larix wood on it and create a shari. not to make a feature out of it but to make it acceptabel.

Man, that is an amazing tree. Today must be this Forum´s lucky day. I´ve been away for over a week and then I get back only to find out two beautiful trees... An Ulmus and a Larix none the less. Congrats on the buy Orlando.

Thank you, I'm not keen on the pot myself, but you are right. In autumn colors it's a good combo.
