Which way should I take this?

Hey!
I have just made my first nursery plant turned bonsai (or started, I guess) and I was wondering if someone could help, as I am currently a Learner.

I need to choose whether to keep the style of this 'tree' as it is or whether I can turn it into a cascade.

the main trunk naturally bends so I thought it could be a good chance to make a cascade style bonsai.

obviously, if this was to be the case, I would need to spend a lot of time letting the tree grow so that I will have the trunk long enough to actually cascade.

please tell me if I should consider this. thanks, and sorry for the poor quality
