Looks like you repotted while the tree was in an expansive growth phase, considering all the young branches. Effectively, you were too late for a spring repotting
Best to leave it alone, water when dry. Keep out of wind and strong sun for some time till the tree picks up again. You have removed roots in a phase it needs water most, and is struggling.
