Is it possible to repot these Blue rugs into these tiny pots? Pics inluded

I bought these pots and need to put them to good use is it possible to use these pots? If so how would I go about it?

If you are keeping the Junipers as cascade then the pots are not suitable, they are too shallow. but if you intend to cut the trees smaller then you might get away with it. but I would not be doing it at this time of year
