Should I repot a germinated tree yet?

Hi there, I am very new to the art of bonsai. My wife bought me a seed kit and it appears to be doing ok. Whilst I have some seeds in the fridge undergoing stratification my Norway Spruce (pic 1) and my Scot's Pine (pic 2) have developed well.
The question I have is this, what do I do next? Should the seedlings be reported so the root has more space to develop or should they remain where they are to strengthen?
As they are my own trees from seed I would especially like to see them develop and not just die due to my incompetence.
Any suggestions are more than welcome. I have placed an English penny (approx 1.5cm in diameter) to give perspective.
Many thanks
Rob

If they are big enough to handle then you can separate them. but get them outside if they are not.
