I'm keeping two Bonsai plants. I think one is Ficus Ginseng (Natascha)

Both plants are kept behind window in the balcony, I sometimes open the window to allow air circulation.
Location
Watering habit: I water Solomon everyday. Natascha get's watered 2 times a week (as advised by the seller).
Other conditions: I use a pesticide/fungicide that claims to be garden safe and "100% organic" to ensure no pest/fungi is harming my plant (made up of: Neem and Karanja oil and Adjuvants). I also put fertiliser (N:13, P:13, K:21, TE, Tint little pink balls).
Problem: After 2 weeks of having them, they started shedding a lot of leaves. Solomon is shedding a lot of fresh green leaves with a black (dark) tip. The leaves that Natascha is shedding are completely green and look so healthy, however one of it's roots don't seem healthy, seems a bit rotten. I also noticed a lot of ants in Solomon's pot/soil.
Problems
What I have done until now: I took the plants to the florist nearby and got 2 different advises:
1) You've watered them too much, stop watering Natascha for 10 days. When the soil is getting dry, then it's time to water. Same for Solomon, but you can start watering Solomon after a few days when the soil starts to dry up. Keep Solomon outdoor for direct sunlight exposure, Natascha will be fine in the balcony.
2) More water is better for Solomon. The problem is the fertiliser. Keep watering it everyday so that the fertiliser gets diluted. Both will be fine in the balcony. Just make sure Solomon receives good sunlight.

So some of the advises on the internet are contradictory too. Some say forget about periodic watering and check the soil, some say water it everyday...

Just calling them Ficus Ginseng and Wrightia works for me and makes the post readable.
Giving trees human names - I consider that silly. They are not puppies. A name like 'Goshin' does make sense though ( www.bonsaiempire.com/blog/goshin , en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goshin )

Anyways, I would appreciate useful comments on the actual issue.

If you could upload pictures so we could see the, that would help. I see no links. Besides that, external links break over time and are not followed by many.

There is a way here on this forum to attach the pictures directly on your posts, so the pictures are included in your message.
There are many people that avoid clicking on external links.
As for your trees: I don't think light is the problem, but watering yes.
Water then when the soil feels dry to the touch, not on a schedule. Ficus is fussy about changing locations, so could be just a matter of adjusting itself.
Time will tell, be patient.

ok, I'll be careful about the watering. what about the fertilizer? could it have caused any harm?

Imgur is a well-known safe website that does not remove/expire uploaded image links. You can follow where the link will go by hovering your mouse pointer over links. Having said that, I respect the ways and the customs of the forum. I will re-upload the images as soon as I get the chance to.
