No, it's not.
Just not growing at all, suddenly we have 8-10C every night, so I guess winter turned around and is back.
As soon as it awakes, I'll let the forum know.

The route I took was...To rotate to the extreme and create a raft-style bonsai out of my tree. I put it flat in the container, with all branches on one side removed, and all branches on the other side, selected, and wired up.
After the initial work late june

Prune once in August, removed the wires and letting the leladers now shoor for the rest of the year. I suspect it will go dormant in a few weeks anyway.

Clever idea. I'm still looking at mine with its 90 degree straight curve and wonder what on earth I'm going to do with it (except the obvious - trunk chop it).
Can't steal this idea anymore. Pity.
