Tropfrog on android in the browser, press the button with the 3 dots above eachother. In that list, 3th from below, select the option "Desktop Site" . Then you can see the pictures on this site. (its a workaround)

Dexster7d, about the no drainage holes, your an example of people that did do there watering right and kept it alive for years. If it works for you don't change it. But for me and a lot of others, they might have died from root rot, because of water sitting in the bottom of the pot.

Thanks Rorror.

With ordinary pot it is obviously easier to water than with bonsai pot. But anyway, I am impressed of keeping the tree alive for that long without drainage. Good work!

Hi again all

I am looking for a new pot.
As per my first posts my present pot is not a typical bonsai tree pot 15cm by 15 cm and round. I don't really know how big the roots are and I'm thinking about repotting my try into a smaller pot (rectangle possibly but not as high as mine)
My question is. Is it possible to safely repot my tree into something like this? Are the roots going to be long and it will not be even possible to use small pot anymore?
I'd be grateful for your help.

well.. an important part of growing bonsai is trimming roots. So you will be able to fit it in a suitable pot and rejuvenate the rootball. SO.. yeah, you should be able to fit a smaller pot.

Even if the new pot will be 9cm high?? Am I not going to harm the tree? The present one is 15cm...

15 to 9 cm is no issue. I would asume that the new pot is wider as well? Go into Youtube and look at some repotting/ root prunning videos and you will get the idea. I think this is done best first time together with someone experienced. It is quire scary first few times and there are a slight risk with it even if properly done.

It wouldn't be wider 15x12x9cm rectangle instead of 15 x15cm round.
Is it feasible?
