Elms are NOT sensitive to repotting. As we do not know what you did and cannot look into the soil, it is impossible to tell. Normally, you should get recovery on both trees. It is 3 weeks in, and neither tree is bare of foliage. With regular care (I assume you know how you cared for it before) they should both bounce back. In some cases it may take a long time: The tree may focus on repairing whatever damage was done to the roots first.

Hi Everyone,

The bigger Elm is now growing with new buds appearing everywhere, so i think it's almost totally recovered from the repot.
The smaller one don't have new grow yet, but it stops dropping leaves, so i think it reached an equilibrium point. At this points it is certainly recovering, but i am with more hope now.
I think that no matter what time it takes, it will surely create new buds at some time.

I will post pictures then

Thanks

Ahh, what a relief. I know you must like a heavy weight has been lifted. For my area of the world it's about 12-14 days before the signs of life appear for my elms. Cheers!
