Ok so I have been kind of looking at pots trying to get an idea of what I want to get for this bonsai to be ready for repoting in the spring next year. I am hoping to get some opinions on what size pot I should go with for a 31" high by 24" wide bonsai. I know I am going with a bigger pot to encourage better nebari as well as the current pot looks to small for this tree at its size.

Also any recomendations on what colour pot would be best for this type of tree.

On another note I had to remove most of the wires this week because they were beginning to cut into the branches.

kind of been looking at something along this sort of lines for a pot its 2 inches longer then the current one and 1.5 inches wider.

i would go for a oval shallower pot, light color maybe broken white.
