Real Nice ... should grow excellently.

well my poinsettia has produced 6 buds. I took all but one of the large leaves off.When that branch produces a bud I will take that leaf off.I didn't think this would grow as fast as it has. I'm glad I did this. This post might be boring to some of you, but it's mid-winter here in Maine. I have nothing else to do but watch this plant. Oh well...it's something. haha

not boring at all Pinkham, I am enjoying watching your poinsetta grow too.

It's growing well, it looks healthy and happy I'm looking at a greenhouse (it was this night -20 degrees) so this is a much better sight!

I'm thinking about starting another thread specifically for the progression of EVERYONE'S poinsettia. that way we could all be updated on one thread.

I found this forum because I am bonsai-ing a couple poinsettias myself. This is a very old thread, and now being 6 years later, wondering if anyone is STILL with their original poins....
