I'm sorry I'm having difficulty in trying to upload a photo of tree it just keeps telling me to decrees the size of photo and I have no idea how to do that it's OK I think tree maybe dead anyway never mind thanks all for trying to help thanks again

You can put a label 'bonsai' on anything. The label doesn't make it a bonsai.
This plant doesn't look anything like a bonsai to me. Unfortunately, I cannot see what species it is either, I'd really need a better picture.

Your most likely right it does look strange to me to!! I have bought another bonsai from a bonsai grower he said it's a Japanese elm I'll take photos and send them to you if you could give me some growing tips on it that would be most welcome

is this post a joke? They post a fuzzy picture of a dead bush in a pot and ask if it's a dead bonsai? How can we take this seriously?
